The third WYD 11 Pilgrims' Retreat will be held this Saturday, 12th March 2011 in First Floor, Assumption Family House from 11.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
Also, the payment for registration with Madrid will be DUE on the retreat day. If unable to attend or make payment, please inform in advance for other payment methods to be arranged.
Please take note of the following reminders:
- Attendance is compulsory for all monthly retreats. If unable to attend, please inform your group leaders or e-mail in advance.
- Lunch will not be provided so please have lunch before you come. Snacks will be served during the tea break.
- Please dress comfortably, but also mass appropriate as the retreat will end with our pilgrim animated mass. Also, do bring along a jacket to keep you warm as the First Floor hall can get quite chilly after several hours.

WYD Fundraising - Coffee Morning & Selling of Ang Pau Packets and T-shirts
Date: 30th January 2011

UPDATE: Revised WYD Payment Deadlines
PAYMENT DEADLINES are on Retreat Dates.
12 FEBRUARY 2011 - Registration with Madrid
- pilgrims who DO NOT pay by this date WILL NOT be registered under the Assumption Church banner.
STRICTLY: No extension will be given to all pilgrims for this deadline.
12 MARCH 2011 - Package B
- pilgrims who choose Package B MUST pay this RM 500 as non-refundable deposit.
STRICTLY: No extension will be given to all pilgrims for this deadline.
12 MARCH 2011 - Package A/B
9 APRIL 2011 - Package A/B
- these two payments can either be paid in March and April respectively, OR brought forward RM 2000 to April, OR brought forward to May.
14 MAY 2011 - Remaining for Package A and for Package B
- if brought forward, the accumulated amount MUST be settled on this date.
STRICTLY: No extension will be given to all pilgrims for this deadline.
Also, please take note of the following reminders:
- For all those who have stated their intention to travel on the Extended Package B (and anyone else interested to travel on this package), a deposit must be made in March 2011.
- If you are unable to make the payments on the retreat dates, please inform in advance for other methods of payments to be arranged.
- If any pilgrim decides to pull out, we will not be able to refund the amount paid in Dec/Jan, Feb and May 2011. These are months when your payment are remitted for the registration and flight tickets.
- If you have any enquiries, concerns or in need of clarification, do contact us.
